  • Kia UK dealerships occupy nine spots in the Top 50 Dealerships list

In Reputation.com’s 2020 Automotive Reputation Report Update, Kia Motors (UK) Limited has been ranked amongst the very best alongside several of its dealers, which have taken the top spot in the report.

As a brand overall, Kia UK scored 668 points, with just seven points separating it from first place. Kia UK dealerships occupy nine spots in the top 50 Dealerships list, including both first and second place. Ken Jervis Kia in Stoke-on-Trent took first place ahead of Drayton Motors Louth. Also featuring in the top 10 is Gravells Kia in Narberth, which ranked seventh overall.

Reputation.com’s 2020 Automotive Reputation Report Update analysed customer feedback from each dealership to understand consumer concerns and gauge overall sentiment. The report assigns brands, dealer groups and individual dealerships a Reputation Score based on an analysis of reviews spanning thousands of consumers across EMEA, the United States, and Canada, a metric that has proved increasingly vital. The report reveals which auto brands and dealerships lead the pack on key dimensions of the car-buying experience, as expressed in the unfiltered voice of the customer. The findings underline the importance of reputation management as a key element of a dealership’s consumer experience strategy.
