Hyundai Motors launches another car into the i20 range, the all new Hyundai i20 N is their latest high-performance model which is a racetrack suitable inspired by the i20 WRC rally car. Every Hyundai model has its own engine modifications and uniqueness which keeps the car smooth and running. This latest model is included with the i30 N and i30 Fastback N among Hyundai’s series in Europe to make sure it manages to interest other driving enthusiasts.
The i20 N has their depth in the motorsports area basically inspired by the i20 Coupe WRC, which is a rally car related with the higher enhanced version of the Hyundai i20. Both with similar weight and pulling down to the minimum weight required in the FIA World Rally Championship also known as the WRC. This same model has pushed Hyundai’s popularity and made it a success, & Hyundai was crowned the WRC Manufacturers’ Champion after already securing four straight wins in the entire season in 2019.

This time, we decided to develop a model inspired by our i20 Coupe WRC, which last year led us to success in the World Rally Championship,” says Thomas Schemera, Executive Vice President and Head of Product Division at Hyundai Motor Company. “With the all-new i20 N, we are expanding our high-performance N line-up to appeal to even more customers who want to experience the thrill of the racetrack in their everyday lives.”
Its dynamic exterior is a suitable blend to the car’s new driving performance. The elements of the Hyundai’s rallying heritage is put altogether with the company’s latest sensuous Sportiness design identity which out shows its high performance characteristic and also covers a emotional appeal for the drivers. The front portion of the car is pushed down by the bumper, adding up a large intake for the turbo engine. The radiator grille which has the N logo contains a different pattern inspired by the chequered flag. Just below the logo there’s a lip spoiler equipped with Tomato Red accents which optimizes the model’s performance intended design. The Hyundai’s i20 N’s interior gives the car a high powered driving space and is equipped with better advanced and enhanced features. The car is supplemented with sports seats with an added headrest which are common in all new other i20 N models. The car also contains a steering wheel with an already stamped N logo and an N gear knob and N metal pedals altogether. It has a shift timing indicator which prompts the driver to switch gears at the required moment. The engine oil temperature controls the LED red zone which is a part of the digital cluster and the AVN screen.
This fun to drive i20 N is equipped with a 1.6 liter turbocharged fast-power GDI engine with a sis speed manual transmission (6MT) and this engine is the first out of its generation to be utilized by the European Hyundai’s models. The Performance Driving Data System of the new i20 N has a ability to supervise and improve the driver’s track skills. It comes with a feature which displays the driving data, with adding up PS, torque, & turbo boost and also comes with a lap and acceleration timer for indicating the driver’s track hold. The i20 N also features an optional 10.25-inch LCD touchscreen navigation system with dedicated N content, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. This provides a wide range of Connected Car services such as Hyundai LIVE Services, Connected Routing and Last Mile Navigation, as well as remote features via the Bluelink smartphone app. Bluelink comes with a free five-year subscription.
