Force Motors Instagram account for their Gurkha SUV has been hacked. The hacker has changed the bio to ‘Güç verilmez, elde edilir’ which is a Turkish language meaning ‘Power is not given, it is obtained’. Hacker has also posted a war scene film video with caption ‘Revenge’.
Force Motors made a announcement on Twitter, “There is an announcement we wish to share with our community. Our Instagram account has unfortunately been hacked. We want to assure you that we have identified the issue and are currently working full swing towards regaining control.”
Company further wrote, “In the mean time, we would request you to not engage with any activity of any kind related to or from our account until further notice from our end. If anyone posting to be us approaches you with any links, kindly ignore them. We will update you as soon as we have retrieved our account. Thank you for your patience!”
In past Ford India and Porsche India Instagram was also hacked in same manner.
