Jaipur, India – The world’s leading new energy vehicle manufacturer, BYD today announced the opening of its first passenger vehicles showroom in Rajasthan and seventh showroom in India. The showroom is located in Jaipur and will be managed by SKYY EVolution.
The showroom was inaugurated by Alop Mehta, Director of SKYY EVolution, Sanjay Gopalakrishnan, Senior Vice President of Electric Passenger Vehicle Business of BYD India, along with other senior officials.
SKYY BYD will provide consumers in Jaipur access to BYD’s pure electric vehicles and high-quality services. With considerable experience in the automobile industry, SKYY BYD has an extensive reach with its business covering neighboring regions, which allows the residents in Jaipur to access first-class products and sustainable automotive solutions within the city.
Spreading across 3800 square feet, the showroom is located close to Jawahar Circle, equipped with well-trained associates, multi-car display, EV charging station and a customer lounge area, offering customers the best in-class experience.

The Indian government is targeting 30% EV penetration for the PV segment by 2030 and is aiming to achieve net-zero emissions by 2070. Driven by these goals, BYD will constantly work closely with its partners to provide localized and green products for the local market.
